Managed IT Support
Day-to-day help for your staff, and someone who can stand at the desk rather than squint down a screen share when that is what the job needs.
Explore Managed ITOur office is at 521 Thornton Road, BD8 9RB. That is about a mile and a half from the city centre and roughly five minutes' drive, which is the whole point of this page: when a Bradford business asks whether somebody can come and have a look, the answer is normally yes.
REONEX looks after managed IT support, Microsoft 365, cyber security, backups, business phones, broadband, cabling and CCTV for small and growing businesses across the district. Call 0333 344 9588 and you will speak to someone who knows where Thornton is.
Plenty of IT companies list Bradford on a coverage page. We work from it. The office is on Thornton Road, the city centre is about a mile and a half down the hill, and that proximity changes what we can sensibly offer a customer here.
A new starter whose desk needs setting up. A switch that has quietly died in a comms cupboard. A meeting room that will not connect to anything. A cabling run through a mill unit where nothing is where the drawings say it is. All of those are easier to deal with stood in the room, and being in the same city means stood in the room is a realistic option rather than a favour.
Most things still get fixed remotely, because that is quicker for everybody. But when a job genuinely needs somebody there, the drive is not the obstacle.

Bradford is not one business district, it is several, and they bring very different IT problems through the door.
The Victorian wool-merchant warehouses behind the cathedral, now a conservation area full of offices and studios. Handsome buildings, and a genuine design job for Wi-Fi and cabling: thick stone, listed fabric and shared risers do not forgive a router shoved in a corner.
Cabling & managed Wi-FiEuroway Trading Estate sits just off the M606, a mile north of the M62 and around two and a half miles south of the city centre. Warehousing, distribution and manufacturing, where a network fault stops despatch rather than merely irritating somebody.
IT for manufacturersOur own stretch of the city: converted mills and trade units running out towards Thornton and Clayton. Landlord-supplied broadband, awkward internal cable routes and comms cupboards nobody has opened in years.
Business broadbandTwo stations, Forster Square and the Interchange, and a lot of small professional offices within walking distance of each other. Accountants, solicitors, surveyors and recruiters — the sort of firm that runs almost entirely on Microsoft 365 and cannot afford a bad email day.
Microsoft 365 supportOut along the Canal Road corridor towards Shipley, Baildon and Bingley. Older premises, growing firms, and usually the moment a business realises it has outgrown whoever originally set the IT up on a favour.
Get a second opinionThe edges of the district, where businesses are used to being told somebody will be out next week. From Thornton Road they are a short drive, which is a far more useful answer.

Learn moreMulti-factor authentication, device protection and email filtering — the dull housekeeping that stops a bad morning turning into a bad quarter. We also help businesses work towards Cyber Essentials.
Explore Cyber SecurityMicrosoft 365 backed up separately from Microsoft, servers backed up properly, and a restore we have tested rather than assumed.
Explore Backup3CX systems, your existing numbers ported across, call queues that make sense, and apps so the office line follows whoever is covering it.
Explore TelecomsWe check what can genuinely be delivered into your unit before quoting anything. In Bradford's older buildings that is not the same as what a postcode checker says.
Explore BroadbandWhat a checker says is available at BD-something and what can be installed into your actual room are often two different things.
A lot of the city's businesses work out of stone mills and converted warehouses. Thick walls, long internal runs, shared incoming services and a landlord who owns the line are all normal here, and none of it shows up on a comparison site.
So we look first: what is in the ground, who owns the incoming service, whether the building needs internal cabling to get that connection to the right room, and whether the Wi-Fi is fighting the architecture. Then we quote.
The other half of the conversation is what happens when the line drops. No internet means no Microsoft 365, no phones and no card payments, so a backup connection on 4G or 5G is worth pricing even if you decide against it.
Cabling, Wi-Fi and surveysMost businesses we take on arrive with four or five suppliers and no clear sense of who is responsible for what. We can take on the lot, or just the bits that are causing grief.
We support businesses across Bradford city centre and out through Queensbury, Thornton, Clayton, Shipley, Baildon, Bingley, Idle, Eccleshill, Low Moor, Wyke and the rest of the district.
In practice the split is roughly: anything to do with accounts, email, Microsoft 365, software, printing or a misbehaving laptop gets sorted remotely while you carry on working. Anything involving cables, hardware swaps, a comms cupboard, a new office or a room full of people who all need showing something is better done in person.
If you are a bit further out, the Keighley page covers the Airedale end and areas we cover lists the rest.
Sending somebody out for a password reset wastes your morning as well as ours. Sending somebody out for a dead switch does not.
Handovers go wrong in fairly predictable ways. Nobody can find the Microsoft 365 global administrator. The domain turns out to be registered in a former employee's personal account. The backup has been failing quietly for months and the alert emails went to somebody who left. The phone system belongs to the outgoing provider rather than to you.
We go looking for that lot before you give notice, so you know what you own and what you are about to have to argue about. Then we work through it in order:
The awkward questions are much cheaper to ask before you hand in notice than afterwards.
Bradford is home, but West Yorkshire is small and the van goes further than BD. If you have sites in more than one town, that is normal for us rather than a complication.

521 Thornton Road, Bradford, BD8 9RB. Roughly a mile and a half from the city centre, so an onsite visit in Bradford is a short drive rather than half a day gone.
We will not put a guaranteed response time on a web page — a meaningful one belongs in your agreement, not in marketing copy. What being in BD8 does mean is that reaching a Bradford business costs us minutes rather than a chunk of the working day, so onsite visits here are far easier to arrange than they are for a provider based elsewhere. Ring 0333 344 9588 and we will tell you honestly when we can be there.
That is most of our customers. We become the IT department: user support, Microsoft 365 administration, security, backups, chasing suppliers, and telling you what is going to need money in six months. See managed IT support for what that covers.
Yes, and in Bradford it comes up a lot because of the buildings. Structured cabling and managed Wi-Fi, CCTV and door access, phones, broadband and managed print all sit with the same company, which saves you refereeing between suppliers.
Usually. It happens constantly — a previous provider set it up, or someone who has since left owns the admin account. We work through recovering global administrator access, sorting the licensing out and writing down who owns what, so it cannot happen again.
Our managed support prices are published per user per month on the pricing page, which most IT companies will not do until they have had a meeting with you. Agreements are rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, so you are not signed into three years of anything.
No. Bradford is home, and we also look after businesses in Keighley, Halifax and Calderdale, Huddersfield and Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield and the wider area listed on areas we cover.
